- This research is a case study entitled "The Effect of Organization Commitment on Employee Performance Cooperative Agro Niaga Indonesia (KANINDO) SyariÂ’ah East Java". The purpose of this study is to describe the organization commitment and employee performance as well as to analyze the influence of the most significant and influential among organizational commitment to employee performance. Analysis tool is to describe the organization commitment and employee performance is using Range Scale. To analyze the effect of organization commitment on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis. Using the test with F test and t test. Hypothesis Test results of the analysis indicate that organization commitment on cooperative Agro Niaga Indonesia (KANINDO) SyariÂ’ah East Java in the high category, evidenced by an average score of affective commitment scale range is 278, which is 262 continuous commitment and normative commitment is 279. Employee performance high, indicated by an average score of 283 scale range. Affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment have a significant effect on the performance of cooperative employees Agro Niaga Indonesia (KaANINDO) SyariÂ’ah East Java. it is evidenced by Fcount > Ftable (45.241> 2.758). Normative commitment variables that most affect the performance of employees, based on a comparison of the regression coefficients for affective commitment that is 1.022, continuance commitment is 0.894 and normative commitment amounted is 1.052.
