- This study aims to determine whether the Dividend Payout Ratio and Return On Investment together have an influence on the stock price on the company's Manufacturing Its Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and to determine the factors that have the most significant effect on the price of shares in A Noted Manufacturing in Stock Securities Indonesia in the study period of 2008 through 2010. analysis method used is by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the result of data analysis in the report ICMD Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the year 2008 to the year 2010. there are 12 companies that meet the criteria of a share dividend sampling consecutively from 2008 to 2010.
