  • This research entitle "The Effect of Financial And Non Financial Compensation Toward Employee Satisfaction Dealer Central Yamaha Malang". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction. In addition, to determine the dimensions of compensation that has the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. This study is a survey with multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is performed using the F test and t test with employees Dealer Central Yamaha Malang population of as many as 44 people. Based the results of the analysis showed the variables compensation include: financial and non financial compensation effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect can be explained by the variable financial compensation 0,552 and for variable non-financial compensation 0.411. Of the compensation, financial compensation has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction in the Dealer Central Yamaha Malang.
