- The purpose is was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. In addition, to determine the dimensions of leadership styles that have a dominant influence on employee. Analytical tools used in this study were multiple linear regression. Respondents in this study is all production employees, and the sampling technique used total sampling. The results of the analysis showed the variables leadership style include: task behavior and leadership style leadership styles influence relationship behaviors on employee performance piece garment production companies. The influence of the variables can be described leadership style task behavior of 0,247 and relationship leadership style variable behavior of 0.650. Leadership style behavior relationships have a stronger influence on employee performance than leadership style task behavior. Based on conclusion, it is suggested the author should Garments VieFa Uniform Malang Always maintain and enhance the style of leadership given to the employees.
