  • The purpose of this study is 1 ) to describe the financial and non-financial compensation , 2 ) to describe the performance of the employee , 3 ) to analyze the financial and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee performance and 4 ) to analyze the compensation that has dominant influence on the performance of employees in Selecta . Doing this type of research is survey research , by using a multiple linear regression analysis of the data . The population of employees remain part of the Food and Beverage , Housekeeping and Front Office , amounting to 65 people and the entire population was used as the sample . Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that 1 ) the financial and non- financial compensation given Selecta fall into either category and the performance of the employees in the high category . Financial and non-financial compensation significantly influence employee performance and compensation at financial Selecta has dominant influence on employee performance in Hotel Selecta .
