- The first aim of the study is to determine the development of the performance of Primer Koperasi Kepolisian RI Resort Bojonegoro measured from each unit during the period 2009-2011, the second to determine the profit earned outside members of Business in the Primer Koperasi Kepolisian RI Resort Bojonegoro. Based on the analysis of the financial performance of the unit savings and loans in the Primer Koperasi Kepolisian RI Resort Bojonegoro on the basis of decision of the minister of State KUKM No.129/Kep/M.KUKM/XI/2009 cooperative criteria in 2009 to 2011 in the category of healthy enough to value tends to increase. The results of analysis of advantages in addition to windfall profits that can be accepted by members of the Primer Koperasi Kepolisian RI Resort Bojonegorois the ease of borrowing and low interest rate set by the members of the cooperative. Suggestions put forward in this study is expected the management always seeks to maximize efforts to increase earned income cooperative. For members are expected to be used as consideration for members to enhance their role in improving the performance of the cooperative. For the next researcher should add the object studied so it can be used as a comparison for the achievement of the performance on Primer Koperasi Kepolisian RI Resort Bojonegoro.
