- This study aims to determine the productivity of employees, occupational safety and health at PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industry. The study also aims to determine the safety and health effects on the productivity of the PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industry and to analyze the safety and health variables are most influential on the productivity of employees at PT. Industrial Ceramics Sumbertaman analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded the productivity of employees at PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industry in the high category. Safety of employees at PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industries in the category of good. Occupational health of employees at PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industries in the category of good. There is significant influence between safety and health on the productivity of the PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industry. Safety most influential on the productivity of employees at PT. Sumbertaman Ceramic Industry. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the company must guarantee the safety of the employees working in the company. Companies should be more concerned about the signs of danger in the workplace so that it can be used as a warning to employees that do not work carelessly can cause accidents at work and expected the management of healthcare facilities in addition to providing employment.
