Social reform</subject><description>The research objective was to determine the stressor, job stress, employee performance, the influence of the stressors with employee stress and the effect of the stress of working with employee performance. The population was employees CV. Mitra Jaya who worked on the production of at least worked for 1 year so as to know the amount of population and sample as many as 40 people. Data analysis tool used is the analysis of a range of scales and multiple linear regression using the F test&#xD; &#xD; Based on the calculation of the average range on the job stressor scale obtained a rate of 86.89 in the category of low. The average range of off-the-job stressor scale the figure of 72.33 which means that off-the-job stressors in the low category. Stress of work shows the results of the average score of 72.33 in the category of low. Employee performance in the high category as indicated by the&#xD; mean score of the scale ranges at 124.67. Based on the test results of F are influence between stressors with employee stress.
