- The effect of training and motivation on employee performance in Pasuruan SPAT Bakpao Telo. ( Heldy Laksa Artha Putra, Dra. Sandra Irawati, M.M and Dra. Nurul Asfiah, M.M). The Purpose of this research was to describe the training, to describe the motivation, to describe the employee performance and to analyze the significance of the effect of training and motivation to employee performance in Pasuruan SPAT Bakpao Telo. The analysis tool that is used to determine training, motivation and to measure good or not the employee performance is to use a scale range of analysis tools. While to find the effect of training and motivation on employee performance is used multiple linear regression analysis model with ttest and Ftest Hypothesis. Scale range analysis results showed that the training is included in the very good category. This is proved by the average scale range score of 159. The motivation in the category very high with average variable score for 160. Employee performance in the category good with variable score for 123. Multiple linear regression results with Ftest are training and motivation collectively together have a significant effect on employee performance with Fhitung > Ftabel (27,784 > 3,231). While the results of multiple linear regression with ttest are training and motivation partially have a significant effect in employee performance, its proved by the value are thitung > ttabel X1 ( 4,403 > 2,021) and X2 ( 4,852 > 2,021). Based on the conclusion of the research, then made some suggestion that the company can maintain the training and motivation, this are due to the training and motivation can be increasing the performance of employee, especially the department of production. The companies must strive to increasing and enhance the ability of the employee performance to fulfill the target of the production.
