- Stressor Effect Of Work Performance Through Employee Stress In PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Ngrangkah Pawon Kediri. (Diah Kusumawati, Dra. Aniek Rumijati, MM, Dra. Titiek Ambarwati, MM) The purpose of this study was to determine the stressors that occur, to know the stress of work was going on, to find out what happened and work performance to determine whether the stressor effect on work performance through employee stress on PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Ngrangkah Pawon Kediri. Analysis tools are used to determine the stressors and stress that occur and to determine the level of employee performance is the analysis of a range of scales, while the search for stressor effects on job stress and its impact on employee performance path analysis model was used to test the hypothesis F. Based on the conclusion of the study, then proposed some suggestions that PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Ngrangkah Pawon Kediri expected to reduce the level of work stressors and stress that already exist in the company so far, it is because during these stressors and stress conditions of employees in the high category . Things worth doing and apply the relevant institution is awarded for work that has been accomplished by the employees, so that employees will be more enthusiastic in their work.
