Social reform</subject><description>The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the compensation to the employees of the production, to determine the performance of the production employees, to determine the financial and nonfinancial compensation significantly influence the production and performance of employees which is more powerful influences between financial and nonfinancial compensation on employee performance.


Based on the analysis of a range of scales for the training variable (X) indicates that financial and non-financial compensation granted to employees are included in both categories although there are some things that are less good. The results of the analysis of a range of scales for performance variables showed that the performance of the production employees are included in the high category. Results of multiple linear regression with the independent variable of financial compensation (X1) and nonfinancial compensation (X2) and the dependent variable is the performance (Y) obtained a form of regression equation Y = a + e + b2X2 b1X1 + R2 value of 0.655. Based on the results of the analytical analysis to test the influence of compensation Finansia T (X1) l to the performance obtained t value = 4.316> t table = 2.0057.
