- The purpose of this study to describe the safety, health and labor productivity, as well as the safety and health effects on employee productivity. The usefulness of this research for the company and is expected to benefit as consideration for the improvement of the implementation of safety and health in the company so that employees produtivitas better. For other researchers can use as a reference and comparative material for further research activities related to the same problem. The analytical tool used in this research is to use a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on our research and discussions conducted concluded that the safety and health of employees working on the production of PT Intan Hevea Industry of North Sumatra in the katergori good health and safety significant effect on employee productivity. Advice that can be given is expected to continue to maintain and sustain the implementation of occupational safety and health that will increase the productivity of employees in the company.
