The research produces result that the giving of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation in Gading Mas Company Kediri goes well. Secondly, the work productivity of production employee is low because the quality and quantity of work productivity is in low category. Based on the regression analysis whether the real condition in the company, the direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation influence the work productivity of employee. Moreover, after doing T-test variable, the direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation also ahas significant effect to the work productivity of employee.&#xD; &#xD; Based on the research, there are several suggestions. First, a company should pay attention to the difference of work-period between senior employee and new ones. Second, the giving of incentives and bonuses must be on time, such as THR should be given close to idul fitri day.
