The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales of analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the calculation of the average range of the scale of the figure of 51.1, which means that the job satisfaction of employees at Recreation Park Sengkaling in the low category. Factors - job satisfaction factors scored 67 variable salary included in the assessment of high, variable work itself obtained a score of 64 in the high valuation, variable co-workers obtained a score of 68 in the high valuation, variable superiors scored 63 in the high valuation, variable promotion scored 47 in the low valuation, the work environment variables to obtain a score of 74 in the high valuation. Job satisfaction factors significantly influence job satisfaction of employees at Recreation Park Sengkaling Malang.
