- This research is the basis of the Koperai Unit Desa (KUD) entitled “Analysis of Financial Results Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Bebarengan Anggayuh Tentreme Urip”. The objective of this research is to analyze the financial performance of Koperasi Unit Desa Bebarengan Anggayuh Tentreme Urip (KUD BATU) by using financial performa analysis method and based on the guidelines of health assessment for credit unions and saving that loans. The guidelines based on regulations of the minister of coorporatives and small and medium enterprises 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. That consists of seven aspek : Capital, Assets quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Growth and independence and Identity of cooperatives. Analysis of the research using cross section method to compare financial rasio of KUD with the guidelines for each year 2007-2010. This research also using time series method to compare each aspect of financial rasio KUD with the guidelines and explain growth of the financial performance from 2007-2010. The result of this research showed that Koperasi Unit Desa Bebarengan Anggayuh Tentreme Urip (KUD BATU) has uncreased their financial performance from 2007 until 2010. The result also showed that Koperasi Unit Desa Bebarengan Anggayuh Tentreme Urip (KUD BATU) at 2007 awarded the cooperatives financial performance is enough healthy, in 2008-2010 awarded the cooperatives financial performance is sufficiency healthy.
