Anarchism</subject><description>The purpose of this study is to determine the the total mileage so as to minimize the material handling distance. Minimum total mileage in the handling of materials will increase the efficiency of the company in the production. 


The method of data analysis that use quantitative analysis to calculate the frequency shift and the distance between facilities with distance measurement method using the aisle. Total mileage will be reduced by changing the position of production facilities and raw materialsto get the total mileage smaller. 

The results showed that the layout of equipment and raw materials in the warehouse area of raw materials was less regular. This led to long distance between the facility so that the distance material handling to be great.
