- The purpose of this study is to determine the inventory control of raw materials to streamline the production process at UD. Getuk Bananas "Atik" in Jombang. The analytical tool used in this study using the techniques of data analysis Just In Time (JIT). Analysis tools used in research ini using the techniques of data analysis just in time (JIT) with these steps: a. Raw materials per month b. Raw materials per day c. Quantity each time the message d. Frekuensii purchase of raw materials in one year e. Day purchase period. f. The booking fee within one year Based on the research and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that the cost of procurement of raw material by using the methods employed companies and Just In Time (JIT). The calculations show that the cost of procurement of raw materials in 2011 using the company in the amount of Rp. 110,308,168.4 while using a Just In Time (JIT) is Rp. 102 910 000, -. Based on these results the company can make the cost efficiency of procurement of raw materials for Rp.7.398.168, 4 when using the JIT.
