Surya Abadi Kencana. &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; Analysis used in this research is the analysis of a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Leadership style when viewed from task orientation relationship orientation on company is the high category. Maturity subordinates is high criteria and high employee morale. Task-oriented leadership style, orientation and maturity subordinate relationships affect employee morale at the company, This can be proofed from the results of the F test that is high than Ftabel. &#xD; &#xD; Suggestions can be submitted in this research, The management is expected to do the monitoring for any activity or the work achieved by the employee.
