  • The Effect Of Employee Performance Communication Department of Population and Civil Registration Kabupaten Banyuwangi. (Achmad Fachrur Afiliawan, Dra. Aniek Rumijati, MM and Dra. Siti Nurhasanah, M.Si ) The purpose of this study is know the communication process, to know the employeeÂ’s performance and whether the communication process significantly influence the employeeÂ’s performance in the Office of the City Population and Civil Registration Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Analysis methode used to know the communication process and to know the level of employeeÂ’s performance is the analysis of scale range, while to find the influence of communication on the employeeÂ’s performance used simple linear regression analysis model and test the hypothesis f. The result shows that the communication process range of the scale is in hight level category or good condition. EmployeeÂ’s performance included in hight level category. The results of simple linear regression analysis with the t test is that there is a significant influence on the performance of communication between employees. Based on the conclusion of the study, it is proposed some suggestions that the Department of Population and Civil Registration Kabupaten Banyuwangi is expected to keep the communication that already exist in the company so far, it is because so far the communication conditions of the employees included in either category. What needs to be done and implemented in the agency is to strengthen the friendship relations between employees and management so as not to miss the communication arises. Parties to give credit for work that has been achieved by the employees, so employees will be more eager to work.
