- The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of safety, occupational health and employee performance parts production PT. Petrowidada Gresik. To examine the effect of variable implementation of the safety and health of employees and to test the performance of the variable implementation of safety, occupational health that most affect the performance of the employees of the production PT. Petrowidada Gresik. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales of analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be seen that the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety at PT. Petrowidada Gresik fit in either category. Employee performance in the high category. Implementation of safety and health have a significant impact on employee performance. Implementation of Safety stronger effect on performance. Suggestions can be submitted in this study expected the company to re-evaluate the placement of combustible materials. The Company is required to provide insurance to employees who have an accident at work that employees have the maximum support for the efforts to achieve the goals set.
