The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales of analysis and multiple linear regression.Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known intrinsic job, salary, supervision, co-workers, and working conditions in the factories Mojokerto Progress shoes fit in either category. Employee satisfaction at a shoe factory in the category Progress Mojokerto high. Intrinsic job, salary, supervision, co-workers, and working conditions influence job satisfaction and Mojokerto Progress shoe factory payroll dominant influence employee job satisfaction Mojokerto Progress shoe factory.Suggestions can be submitted in this research is expected that management is always working to provide security for timeliness in payroll done.
