- The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing green products or eco-friendly products and to determine the most influential factor in deciding to buy green products or eco-friendly products. Consumer behavior in deciding to buy a green product analysis using logistic regression to predict (estimate or explanation) and effect relationship problems. The results obtained in logistic regression when calculating if the probability is greater than 0.5, then the consumer behavior affect the purchasing decisions of green products or eco-friendly products. Tested by wald statistic, testing the hypothesis by comparing the magnitude or statistical view wald, which follows the pattern of distribution of chi square and partial correlations which determine the variables that have a dominant influence (the largest contribution). The results of the prediction of the green product purchasing decisions show that there is a difference between the results of observations with the predictions that have been made, which are generally obtained reliable models to predict the amount of 85.0% of respondents being able to determine a green product purchasing decisions or environmentally friendly products. Consumer behavior factors that include cultural, social, personal and psychological influence on the purchase decision of green products or products are environmentally friendly and socially the most influential factor in deciding to buy green products or eco-friendly products.
