- The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of investment decisions in fixed assets in the cooperative employees BRI Malang Kawi 'Artha-work "Malang feasible. The benefits of research, especially for cooperative employees BRI Malang Kawi 'Artha-work "Malang, which is expected to be used by the cooperative as a consideration and comparison in making decisions about investment appraisal and business expansion in the future. Type of study is longitudinal, which in this study will be the measurement of fixed assets investment decision based on the research period. The data analysis technique used in this study conducted through the following steps to calculate the net cash flow accounting approach, Cost of Capital, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, Profitability Index (PI) and Average Rate Of Return (ARR). Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the decision to invest in fixed assets in the cooperative employees BRI Malang Kawi 'Artha-work "Malang is not feasible. The conclusion is evident from the results of the calculation of the NPV is less than zero, and the total present value is known 798,417,637.3 minus total investment of 1,009,425,000 to obtain a negative difference of -211 007 363 and fixed asset investment proposals are not feasible for accepted or implemented. The calculation results based on the level of IRR (2.78%) is not feasible because dijlankan less than the cost of capital (9%) and ARR (11.77%) is less than the amount required (15%) indicated that the proposed investment performed not feasible. Based on the investment is concluded that the proposed investment is not accepted, it is because the resulting profitability index is less than one (PI> 1).
