- The purpose of this study were 1) to determine the conflict between individuals and groups that exist in Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. 2) To determine the performance of the employees at the Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. 3) To know the conflict between individuals and groups have a significant impact on employee performance in Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. 4) To determine the variable conflicts between individuals and groups, which most affect the performance of the Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square.Alat analysis used in this research is to use the analysis of a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of the level of conflict can be seen working in the company, where the conflict between individuals in the category of low and inter-group conflict in Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square in the category of Very Low. Employee performance in Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square in the high category. Conflict between individuals and groups have a significant impact on employee performance in Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. Conflict among the most influential individuals on the performance of the Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square.
