- The purpose of this study are: a) To determine the leadership style of PG. Kebon Agung Malang with task-oriented behavior and relationship behavior. b) To know the level of maturity of subordinates. c) To know whether leadership behaviors relevant to the maturity of subordinates based on Hersey and Blanchard's leadership theory. The analytical tool used in this research is range of scales production includes to four parts namely Administrative, Plants, Manufacturing and Engineering. Based on the analysis of a range of scales, it show that leadership style of Administrative, Plants, Manufacturing and Engineering is consultative leadership. Subordinate maturity level is in the category of high delegation leadership style. Leadership behaviors are not suit to the maturity of subordinates when viewed from Hersey and Blanchard's leadership theory.
