- The research purpose are: 1) describing employeesÂ’ motivation in PT. Panasonic Lighting Indonesia. 2) describing employeesÂ’ performance 3) to test the influence of motivation which consisted of needs of existence, needs of relations, and needs to grow to employeesÂ’ performance, 4) to test the strongest influenced motivation to performance. Analytical tools used in this research is by using scale range analysis and multiple linear regression. Analytical tool shows that employees motivation employer included in good category. Employer performance can be included into low category. In partial and simultaneous, motivation has the most significant influence to employee performance, and existence motivation has the largest influence to employee performance. Suggestion submitted here, it is expected to the company to give ilumination or by developing reward to employee. Besides, the company always tried to give warrantee to fulfilled employeesÂ’ primary need, tried to keep good relationship with employee.
