  • The research is aimed to find out whether any influence of work training to employee performance in Penitentiary of Lowokwaru Malang. Analytical tool used to find out the influence of work training to employee performance uses scale rate analysis technique and simple linear regression. Data collection technique by spreading questionnaire to employee while to find out the significance of training variable to performance using t-test According to analysis result, research result shows training has significant influence to Penitentiary employee performance. It is supported by regression calculation which produce regression coefficient for training 0.369 also tcount 7,814 larger than t-table in real rate 5% for 2,206. From the research, it is expected for PenitentiaryÂ’s employees to improve cooperation in team work to support better performance and gave more focused training and involved all members to create more solid performance.
