- This research is conducted to analyze and to formulate the appropriate marketing strategy to increase the marketing performance in the Beads Flower industry in Jombang. The research using method defining vision and mission, and target of the industry, analyze external environment, and analyze internal environment to define the target of the company, formulation of the strategy, and formulation of the program.According to external environment analysis, the opportunity of the company is GDP growth, population income per capita, industry protection, marketing activities facilitation, product management and design training, credit facilitation, technology, and population increase in District of Jombang. The threat that must have been faced by the company is competitors and raise of inflation in District of Jombang. According to analysis of internal environment, the strength of the company are design, type, motive, website, brochure, Craft magazine, exhibition, number of agents, and location. The weaknesses of the company are costing that tend to higher than the competitors. Based on both analysis, the appropriate strategy is improving marketing performance by using aggressive strategy.
