- This form of survey research, Judging from the existing problem of this study is causal. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang with the title "The Effect of Achievement Assessment Work on Employee Performance". The purpose of this study was to determine the job description and performance appraisals of existing employees at PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang. Usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for companies can be used as a basis for consideration in decisions regarding the improvement of corporate performance. Based on the results of simple regression analysis proved that the performance appraisal has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) APJ Malang this can be seen from the results obtained Fhitung Test F> Ftabel is 44.275> 4.084. Advice given to a company that is better in job performance assessment of PT PLN (Persero) Malang APJ involving peers. It is dimaksutkan that employees are able to feel just a penialain given. Because the assessment is not only based on the assessment of leaders. In increasing knowledge about the actual criteria stipulated in the performance appraisal system is done online, preferably PT PLN (Persero) APJ re-socialization and training to employees, especially employees who have over 31 years of age. So that employees can understand the assessment criteria are clearly done by the company. Through these efforts, it can be used as a basis for policy decisions related to the company's efforts to improve the performance of employees.
