- The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and find construction companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange who has the best performance. Sources of data in this study is secondary data, where data used in the form of financial statements drawn from construction companies that have been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. Data analysis techniques using time series analysis and cross section analysis. Based on the analysis has been done can be concluded that the average financial performance of construction companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2009-2011 more unhealthy, while construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 which has the best performance is PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON). In 2010 and 2011 construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange who has the best performance of the company PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA). Based on the results of the research has been done, then there are some things that can be suggested from this research, construction companies should improve their financial performance by improving their financial ratios that better performance is not healthy.
