  • The purpose of this study to describe the organizational commitment to the KUD DAU Malang and performance employees and the influence of organizational commitment to performanceÂ’s employee. The usefulness of this research to the company is expected to provide a useful contribution to the cooperative, so it can be used as a material consideration for the organization as input material in expansion if the need for company. For the research as a reference and material consideration, for other researchers in accordance with Human Resource Management related to organizational commitment and employee performance. For others as a comparison for further research activities and can be used as a reference material as well as consideration for the future studies. Analysis Instrument used in this research by using scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded that organizational commitment to the KUD DAU Malang in the high category, organizational commitment have a significant on the employees performance. Advice that can be submitted is expected to keep continue of the employees commitment in the cooperative is still good. Real attempt to do is by providing support to employees.
