  • This research aim 1) To know factors any kind of considered by consumer in choosing Mall Malang town Square (Matos). 2) To know dominant factor influences consumer in choosing Mall Malang Town Square (Matos). Research type done is survey, by means of data analysis applied that is factor analysis. Based on result of analysis and solution which has been done hence can be taken conclusion that factor considered by consumer in choosing Mall Malang Town Square (Matos) that is factor supporting facilities, price factor, factor event, factor layout, and four pÂ’s factor. Factor that is very is considered consumer in choosing Mall Malang Town Square (Matos) that is about factor supporting facilities that is covering supporting facilities for cinema 21 in adequate Matos, Matos has playground to draw, security guard in Matos easy to give information, Matos has immeasurable food menu in foodcourt, and security guard in Matos friendliness.
