- This type of research is a survey, research conducted by means of observations in data collection, the researchers only recorded the data as it is, then analyze and interpret data. The title of this research is "The application of QFD method (Quality Function Deployment) to Improve Quality of Services Cooperative Agroniaga In Indonesia (KANINDO) Shari'ah". This study aims to determine how the application of QFD method (Quality Function Deployment) in order to improve the quality of service at the Cooperative Agroniaga Indonesia (Kanindo) Shariah. In this study using five variables, direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), and Empaty. Data analysis in this study is to use the method of QFD (Quality Function Deployment) which in turn makes House Of Quality (HOQ). The analysis showed that based on the Customer Need or Importance to Customer attribute most overlooked is the kindness and good communication, Customer Satisfaction Performance is the kindness and communication, Competitive Performance Satisfaction is adequate facilities and infrastructure. Value Raw Weight is the highest speed, precision and accuracy while serving customers Contributions or attribute value that becomes the main priority is speed, precision and accuracy to serve customers.
