Young age pregnancy is a phenomenon which often encountered in the community each year.Response receipt of pregnancy experienced by a young age will be different, some were approved her pregnancy and some were refused. Response of the first trimester of pregnancy could be appearing in the form of anxiety, fear, panic and feeling of hate against her husband.To approve the first pregnancy at a young age, motherneeds support from the family especially from husband and parents. The research design used qualitative method. The sampling method used in this research is Purposive Sampling.Samples are taken from three participants i.e. the younger age pregnant women, husbands and parents who live together in Buring village, KedungKandang, Malang. Research data using analysis domain which is taken by using interview, interview transcription, and then the data are grouped into sub theme and theme. Results of the study found five themes, namely: show denial response of pregnancy, anxiety, emotional changes, longing to get support from her husband and family, regret the pregnancy in the elderly age and in the end approve the pregnancy.
