HANI</creator><subject>RT Nursing</subject><description>Urinary tract infection is an infections that occur urinary tract, including the kidney it self due to poliferation of microorganism. Factor that cause nosocomial infections of the urinary tract, among others, hospes, agent, the pairing procedure, long catheter is inserted and the quality care of catheter. Catheter care is a procces of clearing the area of installation of catheter and outer interval by using a liquid disinfectant, it includes activities check out continuity from the catheter itself. A catheter is not on the keep it clean can resultin the risk of the occurrence of urinary tract infections. Purpose of this study was to determine how the prevention of urinary in catheterized patients with urinary. This research design is a qualitative research approach with a qualitative research strategy case study research ( CSR ) or a case study, with interactive analysis. The object that is eticulous in Mr. M age 35 years with post op trepanations at Causa COB. The methods of collecting data were used observation, documentation, and literature study. Implementation of the do iscatheter care use the cath SOP. The catheter care intervention in doing the first day untilthe third day, patient do not experience urinary tract infections.
