- Miliary is a skin disorder caused by excessive perspiration accompanied tract blockage of the sweat glands and typically occurs on the forehead, neck, back and chest. Treatment is needed because most occur in children. This research desain use case study method. Method sampling use qualitative approach with research strategy is case study research. The sample taked only 1 respondent, they are a family of Miliaria the chack in Dinoyo Clinic, Malang on 10 July 2014. To take the dataÂ’s research used interview method. Analysis of all dataÂ’s we have with domain analysis method. The results showed that treatment efforts by the family at home is to put the child at cold ambient temperatures, treatment with detergent and ironed clothes, and good personal hygine in children with a bath 2x a day, using soap and water supplied by the parents antiseptic. Based on the results, it is important for families to play an active role in the treatment of children with rubra miliary at home.
