This disease characteristic is reduce of insulin produce and insulin function. The problem that felling of DM type 2 is pain numbness of fingers and toes. DM type 2 patients need to handling and the strict diet, exercise, medication adherence, routine health check, and mineral water therapy. This research purpose is to explaining Experience good life style clien with type 2 diabetes mellitus for blood sugar controling.
This research using qualitative design, by study case approaching. The subject is DM type 2 patient has been 14 years with good life style for blood sugar controling. This research data taken by interview, observation, documentation, and data analysis.
This research result are: 1) DM type 2 sigh, 2) DM Type 2 management, and 3) DM type 2 alternative treatment, DM type 2 sigh found physique sigh and sexual sigh. Management of DM such as medication adherence, exercise, and routine health check, it can normalize blood sugar.
