Step to overcome this is necessary both physical and psychological to determine the readiness of women when they face menopause. The reseach design use qualitative approach with a case study purposive sampling method. The subjecti on this research is Mrs.M, 52 years and still menstruate, the research is in a health center at Kedungkandang in August 2014. Data collection method that used is in depth interview method.
