- Artritis gout or artritispirai is inflammation of joints as a manisfatation of the accumulation of monosodium uratecryatls sediment raised in the joints at a result of high level of uric acid in the blood (hyperurecemia). Solve and prevent these problem required the support control by the diet family. Study a strategy appoarch to used is a qualitative research approach with a case study research strategy research. Samples were taken only 1 respondent namely family gouty arthritis patients who are being treated at the Health Center Dinoyo Malang on July 16, 2014 research data was take interview. Whichmethods were analyzed using analyzed. The results show knowledge for the family in the supervision of diet is most often done when the family home is control dietary intake by the family. Based on these results, it is important for families to provide active support in conducting supervision diet in patients with gout arthritis.
