Researchers analyzed the effectiveness of Giving Warm compresses Penurunann Against Body Temperature in Children "A" With Febris In Space Wava Husada Hospital Confinement C Kepanjen Malang. Fever is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention. If not treated immediately the fever could also threaten the life of a child. In reducing body temperature in children can be done with warm compresses measures aimed at preventing or controlling seizure activity, protect of trauma patients, providing information to families about the disease process. The study design used is descriptive research subjects conducted in children 6 years of age with fever. Data collection techniques used were sampling techniques, interviews, observations, test methods of data validity, data analysis methods and etical clereance .. The survey results revealed that the child's body temperature before 38,7 ° C after the act of nursing the child's body temperature warm compresses to 36,8 ° C So warm compress action very effective in lowering body temperature on the client with fever especially in children. Given this research can be known effectiveness of providing a warm compress to the decline in body temperature on the client with a fever.
