- Many mothers do not want to post sectio cesarea mobilized because they are afraid. Where there mother knows and mobilized so as to expedite the healing process and reduce pain and there are mothers who knew but did mobilization. The design is a qualitative case study, the subjects studied were Ny. S with post sectio Caesarea, methods used in data collection is triangulation. Mobilization of interventions performed 1 to 3 days obtained results are improved self-care each day after the results of early mobilization intervensi.Effective for improving self-care in clients sectio cesarea post.
