- The purpose of this study was to evaluate the flow of service processes tahat are centered on the outside of the dealer and the dealer does have the right and to evaluate the flow of the process at each stage is what needs to be addressed if there is a deviation. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool Process Flow Chart (Flow Chart) and Time Motion Study. Of the evaluation process using the flow chart (flow chart) obtained an improved flow results from the seven step process into six stages of the work element. In order for the service in accordance with company standards, then at the seventh stage is not necessary so as not to increase the operation time.
