- The company's financial performance is necessary because it can be used to determine the company's financial position so it handy for future decision making. Based on the statement of this research to take the title “Analysis of Financial Performance PT. SURYA MADISTRINDO MOJOKERTO”. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Surya Madistrindo Mojokerto in the period 2008 to 2010. The usefulness of this study, especially for a company that is a consideration for the leadership of the company in making the right decisions on the financial sector in the future. The hypothesis put forward is the financial performance of PT Surya Madistrindo Mojokerto is healthy if the review of the liquidity ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. Methods of analysis approach using time series analysis methods. The results of the analysis of financial data from year to year by using liquidity ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios always increased, the financial performance of PT Surya Madistrindo Mojokerto healthier overall. Thus in this study proved the hypothesis. Based on the conclusion of the above suggestions can be given to PT Surya Madistrindo Mojokerto should maintain financial performance has been achieved and where possible enhanced again on the results achieved. Analysis of financial performance should be carried out continuously to see the health of the company.
