- The purpose of this study is the first to describe the leadership style of the PT. Branch Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Malang. The second describes the work motivation of employees at PT. Branch Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Malang. Third find out if the style of leadership that has been running for this to motivate employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Malang branch the usefulness of this research is to study the company is expected to provide useful kontibusi to the bank on the relationship between management and employees, so it can be utilized as consideration for the organization as an input in the development of which if the need for PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Malang branch. For the study as a reference and consideration for other researchers in accordance with Human Resource Management related to leadership style and employee motivation. For others as a benchmark for further research activities and can be used as a reference material as well as consideration for the future studies. Analysis tools used in this study by using scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded that the leadership style of the PT. Muamalat Malang branch high in the category, and employee motivation are also included in the high category. Leadership style in Malang branch Muamalat give significant effect on employee motivation. Leadership style is consultative leadership style that is applied with high maturity of subordinates. Based on the theory of Hersey and Blanchard's situational leadership style is in an advisory position (G2), the maturity of the subordinates are at low to moderate (M2), this is because some of them longtime employees at PT. Branch Bank Muamalat Malang who on average have worked for about 2 years. Some suggestions that may be filed is expected to remain the leader must provide oversight and guidance in the completion of the task and high relationship. leadership style adapted to the conditions arising from the maturity of subordinates. Based on the results of the maturity of the subordinates then the suggestion of researchers is proposing to adjust the leader of this style of its lead over the leadership style of leadership styles G2 to G4.
