Such measures do not rule out the possibility of infection. There are several solutions that are used to treat episiotomy wounds such as vulvar hygiene. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of vulvar hygiene in the prevention of episiotomy wound infection. This study uses a qualitative research method is case study research. Case study, the term can be replaced with the term population respondents or participants. Participants were patients admitted to a hospital room puerperal Wava Kepanjen Husada. Study recruited two people as participants, that will be given vulva hygiene measures. Benefits of this research, of the effectiveness of vulva hygiene can be used as a solution for preventing episiotomy wound infection.
