The designstudy is aqualitative, researchconducted onthe subject ofmothersaged 24years withTB. Data collection techniquesused were interviews, anamnesis, physicalassessment, observation, study documentation, andliterature study. From thesurvey results revealedthat theidentification ofthe phenomenon oftransmission TBdiseaseinTBpatients withTBdisease transmissioncan beidentifiedfrominterviews and observations. Previouslyobtainedresultsthatthere isa history ofTBdiseaseBudheclientsbutnotat home.andthe client saysto eatfrequent contactwiththecigarettefactory employeesworkedatthe factorandthe clientalso saidthe ventilationin the plantthat does not complywith theemployeemaking the atmosphere estuffyandsmelly.
