Hallucination is condition where an individual interprets the stressor which did not have stimulus from the around (Depkes RI, 2000). The methods of the study used a cases study design. It was a design which contained a unit of study intensively. From the research on Mr. J who suffered sensory perception disorder in intervention analyze to know the hallucination was getting the result in two days. The method of analyze in this research used analytical technique or a way to analyze the case with building the short detail explanation about the case. This last technique was very effective to ask the answer Â“ Why it must be done the implementation of knowing the hallucination for the patient who suffered sensory perception disorder.Â” It can be happened because of the patient always do the instructions that they get. So, the patient must be able to know their hallucination in order to help the client in increasing the ability to control the hallucination.
