Implementation ofthis case studybegan on3 julyuntilthe patientis back on the11thof July2012.Preparation ofthis case studyusescontentanalysismethodswithinteractiveapproachmodel.While doingobservationsatMrs. Sobtained data that thearea ofthe backandsacrumarea ofthe skinlooks red,warm, andhumid. Fromall theresearchdata obtainedin performingnursing careof personal hygiene(bath) twice a dayonMrs.Sduringtbeninedays.
