  • Caesarean section to deliver the fetus is surgically by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Rescue operation is the act of birth in order to save the mother and baby. Infection after childbirth still threatening surgery that requires the attention of treatment after surgery to reduce morbidity and mortality. There are various ways it can be done as a precautionary measure surgical wound infections in cesarean section of which is the modern method of wound care dressings (dermafix-t) is now becoming a new breakthrough in wound care methods Postoperative cesarean section. Design A case study is a qualitative approach, a subject that is examined is the mother of postoperative cesarean section a number of 5 persons, the methods used in data collection is participant observation, and methods of test waancara methods, methods of data analysis using observation tables wound characteristics before and after the did treatment with modern methods of dressing (demafix-t). After the modern method of wound care dressings (dermafix-t) on the gain reduction in complaints against heat and pain sensations arising in the surgical wound prior cesarean section in modern methods of doing wound care dressing (dermafix-t). Based on the results of modern methods of wound care dressings (dermafix-t) proved effective as a preventive measure surgical wound infections in patients post cesarean section.
