- Breast care is an act to treat breast, especially during childbirth (during lactation) for mempelancar expenditure ASI (Saleha Sitti, 2009). Breast care is good and right to have an important role in increasing milk production. In addition to maximizing the production of exclusive breastfeeding, breast care is good and right to prevent the mother from the dangers of breast engorgement and clogged channels (Hanafi, 2004). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of breast care interventions can be launched lactation in the Ny.S Post Seksio Cesarea Day two at room Ruling In RS Wava Husada. This study uses a qualitative research approach with case study research strategy research. Objects in this case study is Ny.S post caesarean Cesarea with nursing msalah ineffectiveness of lactation. From the results of research on Ny.S found that the breast is very effective treatment measures in an effort to increase breast milk expenditures. More clients are expected to perform routine breast care because it will help smooth lactation milk that baby needs are met.
